The Department of Finance at the University of St. Thomas Opus College of Business invites applications for a full-time Clinical Faculty and Academic Program Director position in real estate, beginning in September 2026. Clinical faculty appointments will be without tenure and are not tenure track appointments. Primary duties of the position include teaching undergraduate courses in real estate, advising real estate majors and minors, managing the Real Estate Scholars Program, coordinating curricular and other matters relating to the real estate program with the Department and service to the Department, College and the University. The University of St. Thomas is the only program in the state of Minnesota offering an undergraduate degree in real estate. This position will also work closely with the Executive Director of Shenehon Center for Real Estate.

The Opus College of Business is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business International. The College offers a diverse portfolio of offerings, including undergraduate, MBA, and specialized graduate business programs. The Real Estate Program is housed within the Finance Department. The Finance Department consists of faculty members with a range of teaching and research expertise in subspecialties of finance who share a dedication to the College’s mission and desire for strong working relationships with the Twin Cities business community. Salary and Benefits
The University of St. Thomas offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits program, which includes:
Salary Range: $120,000-$130,000

The specific salary offered will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information.
