  • OVERVIEW

    The Department of Psychology at the University of St. Thomas invites applications for a six-month visiting position at the Assistant Professor Level in Developmental Psychology beginning on January 2, 2019. Teaching responsibilities for the Spring semester would include developmental psychology courses (e.g., Infancy and Childhood, Lifespan Development, Adolescence, and Adulthood and Aging) and may also include General Psychology.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Applicants must hold at least a PhD or ABD status nearing completion (with appointment at the rank of Instructor) in Psychology.

     

    The department especially seeks individuals able to work with diverse students and colleagues, who have experience with a variety of teaching methods and perspectives, and who are committed to working in a liberal arts setting. In addition to teaching, the successful applicant will be expected to become involved in departmental, university, and community activities.
